Recital Update
Dance Place’s 9th annual dance performance will be on Saturday May 19th 2001.
The performance will be at the Kennedy Middle School in Waltham. For those of you who were with us last year, we will be bringing in our own sound system this year, so we will not encounter the problems that we did last year.
There are two performances, a 2 p.m. performance and a 6 p.m. performance.
We make every effort to keep families in the same show, and we are trying this year to have groups only in one show, not in both. There will be more updates on this later in the winter.
The dress rehearsal is on Friday May 18th 2001 at 3:30 p.m. I understand that some schools do not get dismissed until this time, so we will keep that in mind when scheduling the show order. The rehearsal is also at the Kennedy Middle School.
Costume Deposits
If your child would like to participate in the dance performance a deposit of $25.00 per costume is due by Dec. 15. If they do not want to participate, please let Christine know by this date. All dancers may continue to participate in classes even if they choose not to participate in the performance. We just need to know for choreography and costume ordering. Thank you
